Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for items returned due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delay in shipping caused by third-party logistics.

Digital downloads and custom-designed merchandise are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund

Once approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Refund Timeline
If paid via Razorpay, the refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For UPI and Wallet payments, it may take up to 48 hours.

For Credit/Debit card payments, it may take 5–10 working days.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been initiated.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the expected time frame:

Check your bank account or UPI app again.
